At Solentro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns Period

You may return any unwanted items within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:

  • Be unworn/unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging.
  • Do not show signs of damage, wear, or unsuitable condition.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If an item does not meet the above conditions, we will be unable to process a refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Note: You will need to provide your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • At this time, we do not provide free return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • For UK and US customers, no upfront payment is required when dropping off your return. However, a £3/$4.50 admin fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds can take up to 14 days but often are processed sooner.
  • Please note that any postage costs are non-refundable.

Important Return Guidelines

  • Each return must be registered separately and sent in its own package. Combining multiple returns into one shipment may delay processing.
  • If your return is lost in transit and you cannot provide proof of postage, we will not be able to process a refund. However, if you provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number, we may offer store credit instead.
